And 2020 but we’re ignoring that year.
Remember when I told you guys that I was going back to school? Well…. I did. And then I did some more school and THEN I got accepted into nursing school. Which is where I have been through the last year-ish. I seriously thought that I’d maybe have more time during the panini like everyone else did but I did not get the staycation quarantine. What I got was probably my most creative summer caring for my kiddos that I could ask for, making a ton of masks for my community, and then straight into school full time. I have learned so much from my classes and my experiences but I’ll probably write about them later. Suffice to say I haven’t really been posting things lately.
If I’m really honest with you guys (and myself) I think I got overwhelmed with the idea that this has to be perfect and niched to crafting. I love crafting. It is a huge part of me. But it is also messy and I’m a one woman show with a metric ton of anxieties. So maybe I took the break because I just wanted to create without the pressure of it all. Maybe I wanted my blog to just be my little corner of the internet. Who knows. Basically, what I’m saying is that I still want to write tutorials and make things with you guys. The goals are still there. But I’m also going through a huge life change right now and am learning a lot. And I want to share those things too. Because, if I’m anything, I’m an overshare-er. Maybe? I’m really careful about what I post here on the blog but if you know me in real life, the delete/backspace button in text is a GIFT!
So, yeah. I’ve been creating and I want to share things but they may not be in the form of a full tutorial. And they may just be things that I like to make regardless of if they’re new or innovative. And thats cool too.
CHELSEA!!!! You are amazing and I am so thankful to have you as one of my bffs in nursing school. I love your post, it is the absolute cutest! XoxoxJune 9, 2021 at 8:50 pm
